These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deepsearch AI Finder Assistant iOS application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), which enable users to run people and background‑style searches based on public information, perform reverse image lookups, and compare product prices using search engines and third‑party AI technologies.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
“User”, “You”, or “Your” means the individual using the Services.

“Platform” means the DeepSearch AI Search Assistant mobile application.
“User Content” means text queries, names, and any other materials you submit or upload to the Services for search or analysis.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

DEEP SEARCH AI does not require user account registration to use the core features of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and ensuring the security of your local data.
You retain ownership of all User Content you create or upload.
By using the Services and submitting User Content, you grant DEEPSEARCH AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Search results, summaries, matches, and other outputs may be generated or ranked using automated AI systems and external search engines

Certain features of the Services are available only through a paid, auto‑renewing subscription.
On the respective platform, payments are either processed by Apple through your Apple ID or by Google Play through your Google Payment Profile
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google Play account settings, for iOS or Android platform respectively.
We do not process or store payment card information. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s and Google's respective app stores policies.

Attempt to use the services as a facial recognition or identity verification system or to make decisions that have legal or serious consequences for others (e.g., employment, housing, credit) without independent verification.
Upload, share, or search for content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the operation or security of the services.
User search query related contents is primarily stored locally on your device to temporarily process for providing AI functionality.
You may delete recordings and content within the application. Once permanently deleted, they cannot be recovered.
